This website has a long story: I registered the trademark Panta Rei for electronic publishing products and the internet domain in the top level domain ".it" in 1995 when, after thirteen years as a public and special librarian, documentalist and information manager employed by large organisations, I started the first Italian digital consultancy, Panta Rei, and a training agency, called Palestra Internet Panta Rei, in Milan. They were both active until 2007. In 2008 I moved to England and ceased all my activities in Italy.
Between 2008 and 2014 I offered digital consultancy and training services in London. I also worked as cyber security project office, language tutor, freelance journalist, nutritional coach and housekeeper. I started a self-publishing imprint, Online Data Assessment, in 2014. In 2022 I semi-retired due to health reasons. I continue to work flexibly as a writer.
Brunella Longo, Technologist and Writer, has pioneered many innovations in information science and information management, sharing original ideas and lessons learned through projects documentation, technical papers, books, articles, training and e-learning courses, before writing fiction and nonfiction books on autoimmune diseases and knowledge management with the series "The Sicca Messenger".
Other recent works include "Knowledge Changes" on data, knowledge and change management, "Book Publishing and the Internet" (2023), and the pamphlet - ebook "The end of freedom (to write what you want): A short trip into the world of online influence powered by AI and crip autotheory" (2025).
